I had a long day at work standing on my feet all day. I didn’t think I could even walk through their doors for the foot massage and when I left I could have worked another 12 hours on my feet!! But I did not wonderful foot massage!

I was given a gift of a reflexology session with Andrea and was blown away by how much I enjoyed the experience. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Sam, who was an absolutely wonderful breath of fresh air and so kind, to the complimentary Chai tea and the entire reflexology session, I felt catered to. The staff checked multiple times to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. This place is awesome and special thanks to Sam and Andrea for being truly amazing.

Good place and very relaxing. The staff was great as I was greeted right away when I walked in. The place looks very clean and well decorated. They explained what the session consist of and Andrea did a great job on my feet. Even though this was my first time visiting they treated me like a regular. Andrea was awesome, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxing. All I have to say is, I will definetly go back. It just felt so good afterwards.

Let me start off by saying the owners are amazing!! Julie, John, you guys knocked this out of the park! All of your hard work has payed off! I got to experience The Peace and Harmony at Sole Haven this weekend! And OMG… I have never left so relaxed in my life!! It was so peaceful and very pleasant! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very polite and professional! The masseuse . They just treated you with so much care and compassion! I would highly recommend this to everyone and anyone! If you have not tried this out yet, what are you waiting for?

The ladies who helped me at the front desk were very welcoming, and I enjoyed the complimentary tea that was offered prior to my session with Megan (who was a great reflexologist).

I just experienced Sole Haven for the first time last night and can say it was such an amazing experience unlike any spa treatment I’ve had! From the moment you walk in the door the music and decor begin to work on taking your stress away! Following the guide to your treatment room is like an adventure, and once you get there you immediately know you’re in for a treat! From the warm greeting, relaxing chair, and foot soak to the warm towel at the end of the pressure point full leg and foot massage, you are in for a special treat! We started with the Asheville Getaway package, but want to try the other options as well!

Hidden gem in Asheville! My girlfriend and I booked an appointment at Sole Haven and we’re head over heels with this place. I’ve been to many foot reflexology in NYC and this place is so much more elegant, the atmosphere is serene, cozy and relaxing, excellent therapists, and the staff is superb! My feet felt so soothing for the rest of the night which helped with all the walking around downtown area. I will definitely be back again!
