This place is horrible. Brows were great, but a squirrel would be better at customer service than these people. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this establishment is disgustingly unprofessional. I had an appointment at 7:00 or 7:30, can’t remember since it was so long ago, but they stood me up & closed the store! They didn’t even give me a warning and I drove 30 minutes. Because of them, I wasn’t able to get my brows done for an important event – all of the other brow places had closed for the night. If they would have rescheduled, I would have been able to go somewhere else.

Feroza was awesome. Got me in 15 minutes early. Did the underarm wax (Groupon discount deal) in no time and didn’t make me feel self-conscious at all. Pain was minimal.

This is the BEST my eyebrows have ever looked! Not only is this place clean but it looks great also, the service was outstanding.
