Amy is amazing and always does high quality work. Although they accept walk ins, I highly recommend making an appointment as they have a very regular clientele. I’ve been coming here for more than a decade for gel manicures and pedicures and have never been disappointed! Amy is amazing and always does high quality work. Although they accept walk ins, I highly recommend making an appointment as they have a very regular clientele. I’ve never seen them turn down a walk in, but if they are busy, they will tell you approx. how long the wait will be so you can come back instead of waiting there. thank you Amy for always making my nails look so good, I love getting compliments on them all the time!

Critical: QualityI got a full set. They are a little pricier than others, but the atmosphere was nice. The next day my pinky nail broke. I actually had mittens on and wasn’t doing anything to break it. I went back to have it fixed and she charged me fix it. My nail broke because the acrylic was to thin. I got a pedicure and spent another $60. Two days later two more nails broke and one is lifting. I have never had acrylics break so easily. I got a full set. They are a little pricier than others, but the atmosphere was nice. The next day my pinky nail broke. I actually had mittens on and wasn’t doing anything to break it. There is only 2 girls working so making an appointment is recommended. I’ve only gone to Michelle and she does a good job. I haven’t had the other girl do my nails yet so can’t comment on her work. Over all I’m a satisfied customer.

It started with, do you take walk-ins? I mean they do have a sign that says so but I wanted to be sure. Yes, I was told. Great, I say. It will be 20 minute wait. No problem I say. I sat down to wait it out since it was a last minute decision. Then I was rudely told it would be 1 hour and told to go somewhere else, they are too busy. First impression is everything. I could have easily been back in an hour after running errands but will never know if your salon is as great as other people think, WONT be back even with an appointment. Not even 1 star, just needed to push for my review.

Gave attitude because I asked her to fix the acrylic nail she did crookedly, kept telling me it was even, but it wasn’t. She got irritated and kept complaining to her co worker then someone else did my nail. It was still crooked. I even asked for someone’s opinion on if it was crooked and it really was.

It’s April 28, 2019 and it’s currently 10:25AM. I came at 10 because they were supposed to be open. Yet no ones here and it’s still dark inside. And I know on sundays they come in later (10 instead of 9) and still no ones here. I thought maybe google is wrong but it says they’re supposed to be open even on their door. I’m gonna wait 5 more minutes until I’m going to ruby nails.
