I thought the service was great and for a dip mani, very fast! I paid with ClassPass and since I got tips and a design it was a little extra charge which I was fine with. The guy doing my nails was on point with the design I wanted. I just wish they had cleaned up my cuticles and the usual trimming of skin around the nails before doing them. Otherwise I was happy!

I feel terrible only giving 3 stars because I really have had amazing experiences here (thanks to Helen and Van… who are amazing every time) but any other time I go and don’t have either of them I leave feeling so sad and disappointed with my nails. Nothing is more infuriating than going and paying $55-$70 on nails and not getting one thing you asked for. These nails are way shorter than I asked and anytime I asked him to fix something or change something (something as simple as adding an extra coat) he argued with me. I’m just very bummed with this experience.. BUT DONT COUNT THIS PLACE OUT ! Just ask for Helen or Van

I’ve been coming here for years but unfortunately when Helen left this place desired going down hill. The new manager doesn’t care enough and is constantly throwing me with a new person I haven’t seen that isn’t skillful and does a sloppy job. I think it’s important to treat every customer well and give them fantastic service but like also take care of your regulars who pay the bills. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years but my full set today was so bad I did three things I’ve never done after my manicure: 1. Not tip 2. Complain 3. Write this review

My wife and I had a 1:30 appointment. I was getting a pedicure. She was getting a mani/pedi. At 2pm they finally started working on me. At 2:15 my wife had to go find someone to start working on her. She ditched the pedi and just got the manicure because we’d already been there so long.
