Salon was supposed to open at 9am. My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at 8:55am and the salon was closed and there were no stylists present. I waited till after 9:20am and when no one showed up, I canceled my appointment on the app and left. A little professionalism goes a long way. Be on time, and if you can’t be, contact your client so you’re not wasting their time.

My boyfriend went here to get a fade and asked the girl if she was experienced with it. She said sure, I do them all the time. Not only did she not give him a fade but a basic clipper cut, she left long hairs all around his ears and the back of his neck. It took her all of 5 minutes and she charged him 25.00 for this mess. Then had the nerve to tell him the tip is 15% and he had to pay it. Well, needless to say he didn’t. We had to go home and clean it up ourselves. This place is a disgrace and needs to close until they can get some experienced workers

I have used this company in other states and have been nothing but happy and given 5 stars. I get a simple haircut for a man with straight hair….very basic. Have always paid around $28 + tip. Here it was close to $50 + tip??? That’s a ridiculous amount to pay for just a basic hair cut!! The girl did an okay job but it’s not a high end salon where you expect to pay that sort of price. Never again sorry…..it’s not worth that sort of money for a 10 minute haircut!!!
