I took my daughter to get her hair colored here and when it was done she washed her hair with shampoo that turned her hair green. We were told it would wash out and it didn’t. I called to ask if she would fix it. I got told that she would for an additional fee. And now twice we were quoted a price and after all was said and done, we were charged almost double the original quote. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Do not highlight ur hair here currently went twice and my roots still showing and its un even they didn’t fix the back of my hair. I have several different tones of yellow. She didn’t know how to put my head under heat to process it… she asked me qhat i though when she was ready to unfoil it was very unprofessional. They didn’t seem the least bit sorry my hair was destroyed and they had me come in right away to fix it. I have usually had a good experience but management has changed. The first time my hair was highlighted and I was unhappy with it they gave me 2 weeks to come correct it considering bleach is so damaging to hair, the last thing they wanted was to make it worse. Marylon and Jessica did mg hair. Never been so unsatisfied, never had anyone leave my roots so untouched either. So much for allowing my hair to get healthy back to square one.

Today I came in having an emergency with my hair I ended up doing something I’ve never done before and I screwed up so badly that I had to call around last minute is that all of the places around me and nobody would take me play Jessica manager and Barbie and my hairdresser take me in make sure that I got everything I asked for appreciative I am so happy to have. Met barbie ..i swore id never come back to a Walmart hairdresser again it has been 10 years since they chopped.my hair in the back touching the top of my butt to practical chin or rather my clavicle bone it was awful there’s a lot of hair and I never ever once said that I wanted all that hair cut off they have definitely turned things around in this Walmart especially I am very impressed with my hair everything I told her I wanted done they did…and made sure not go over the budget that I had set….thank you again barbie…..

I wanted to get my hair cut and decided to go to Smart style, I had Tylersue as my stylist. I went in with little knowledge of what I wanted to do with my hair. After I sit down I ask if they had a book and they did. I started looking at cuts, pointing at a couple to help show what I wanted and she was able to help me understand what I wanted for my hair cut. Started with a shampoo which was really nice, she made sure I was good with the temperature before starting. After washing my hair we carried over to her chair. She made sure to ask every now and again if it was looking right and I was okay with it. Overall Tylersue took really good care of me and my hair. I would 10/10 recommend having her as your stylist. She did an amazing job with my hair.

Come find Tylersue for your next hair jobs. She is DA BEST!! It was so spontaneous when I walked in. She treated me so well. Now I’m a regular scheduler for every 6 weeks with all my hair needs. She’s honest, fun, and very professional. She explained the process thoroughly before it started. The products used and sold there are wonderful. Even if I’m not due for any maintenance, I still stop by randomly to buy the products (at very good prices and discounts) or talk to the ladies for some professional hair consulting. This is my go-to salon because of Tylersue and all their excellent services!!
