Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTo be honest I was a little hesitant to go to this place given all the reviews that are negative. However I had some pretty important events coming up so I decided to just try it. And cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am. To begin with my stylist, Jaime, was prepared and on time for my appointment. She was patient and listened to my questions and comments about what I was wanting and gave me great recommendations. She was so thorough in her work. I had a full highlight with a low light and she did an excellent job of placing the foils so that there is an even distribution of the colors. And the cut was fantastic. I didn’t really want that much length off so she balanced making the hair look healthy with keeping the length.The other stylists were also incredibly sweet and friendly. I did not expect to walk away with that experience but wanted to share the post here with my utmost recommendations to anybody looking to have their hair done at that salon. To be honest I was a little hesitant to go to this place given all the reviews that are negative. However I had some pretty important events coming up so I decided to just try it. And cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am. To begin with my stylist, Jaime, was prepared and on time for my appointment. We both needed hair cuts, mine because a person whom gave me a perm didn’t cut my hair after the perm, so Jamie did an awesome job on my hair. Exactly what I wanted. My grand daughter had another woman , I am sorry I can not remember her name but she did exactly what her mom wanted. I am so pleased and excited that I found a new place to get my hair done. My grand daughter and I walked in with no appointment and was in right away. We both needed hair cuts, mine because a person whom gave me a perm didn’t cut my hair after the perm, so Jamie did an awesome job on my hair. Exactly what I wanted.
