Now I see why they are closing these down. I had an appointment and the appointment was going to be ignored because there were other walkins in front of me. Stylist did not talk to my son at all or listened to how he wanted his haircut and he was very disappointed in it. Last I had a coupon and was still overcharged for the service I received. This one definitely needs to be shutdown.

I showed a picture of what I wanted. I have chop Mark’s everywhere and can see my scalp. The one who cut my hair is the manager no less. I called 4th he headquarters and this womans manager told me to wear a hat. I wouldn’t let them cut your pet morkies hair. Absolutely ridiculous
