I was waiting in front of the locked door at 9am when they were supposed to open. They opened up finally and waited 15 minutes to ask if I needed something. I said yes I’d like a haircut. She asked if I wanted a fade (very common haircut), I said yes to which she replied, I don’t do fades, never learned them and I’m the only one that works here now. Not the end of the world but I’d advertise I don’t do a basic haircut.

I came in with a reference picture to color my hair and I asked if it was something they could do. I asked for dark brown roots blended into blonde. Hannah seemed very confident and excited to do it and claimed she was known for her color skills in school. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her! At the end of the visit she only dried the bottom of my hair and left the top very wet. I never color my hair, so this seemed semi-normal to me. When I got home and dried my hair, I saw the mess she left me with. The brown was not blended into the blonde and was very choppy and uneven. You can see the straight edge line between the brown and the blonde. I went back and the other girls were very friendly and happy to help solve the problem. I did not want Hannah to fix my hair so they issued a full refund. I unfortunately have to say I won’t be going back. It is definitely a place to go for a basic haircut or trim, but nothing more.

Hannah cut my hair last week. Today when I was getting ready to leave the house I put my hair in a pony and while I was brushing my teeth I noticed a huge chunk of hair that didn’t get cut. On top of saying I look like a Christmas tree and not bothering to brush out my hair after thinning it so that I had hair out all over walmart as I walked around. Not a great job. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!

Had an appointment for prom hair, went in that morning and they gates we’re closed, tried calling and nothing. My daughter didn’t get her prom hair because nobody could call and let us know they had to close for whatever reason. Very upset!!! Will not make any more appointments there.

I would go back. BUT…. It’s never open any more. Once in a great while will you find some one there. They need to change the web-sight ad to say closed instead of open. It’s very frustrating. They had a very busy business going. They had at least 4 beauticians in at any time. Now you can’t hardly see 1. Very disappointed.

Went in on a whim and was lucky enough to be seen by Shannon. My son has been wanting this haircut for quite a while and we haven’t been able to pull off the style, let alone try the cool design. We are thrilled with the outcome and have already gone back again and plan to continue on.
