You can never get in because they say they are busy, however I walked around the store and kept looking to see how busy, yup you guessed it, 1 customer in almost an hour. 1 person working with her and the other 2 stylist sitting and looking at their phones. Three hours and i got a dye and what they call a hair cut. I call it a grown out female trailerpark 80’s mullet. Chick cut off two years of growth. 130 for something i have to fix. I cried for 24 hrs over my hair. 3 years of hair waisted on one bad hair cut. Because my experience i wont ever get my hair cut again. Thanks for ruining hair and tramatizing me. Now i have to grow my hair for 2 more years to get back what she cut off. When all i wanted a feather. And not to mention she gave me back 17 out if 130.
