The hairstylist was awesome as far as communication goes- we talked a little and she was down to earth but didnt really confirm how I wanted my hair and just did her own type of style to what I wanted. Not really satisfied at all…. it’s not what I would’ve paid for had I known that’s what it would’ve been before I bought it but I guess I’m at fault to and could’ve said something different? $25 should’ve gotten my hair cut the way I wanted it though.

The worst experience in a salon in my life.. Employ arguing with her girlfriend, she sat in chair across from my granddaughter our entire visit… She should not of been allowed there while her girlfriend was on the clock. The stylist did not come back after applying tint to tips of my granddaughter’s hair one time to ask if she was ok. Any burning? Nothing! I had a cut abd color $200.00 plus tip.. NEVER AGAIN!! My granddaughter was 11 @ the time.. I complained to manager the next day.. Nothing was done absolutely nothing!!!

Everytime we have went here we have been very unhappy. the cuts are always uneven and they always leave gobs and gobs of color In your hair. They are always on their phones and do not give you the attention you are paying for.
