Very unprofessional and poor communication is what I received. Called 2 times to make sure I got the right information about the service I wanted and their business hours. I was told that they do walk ins and close at 8pm. I walked in with my daughter who had graduation the next day only to be turned around and told that their were 2 people in front of me and its 7pm. I should have been advised that there was a cut off or given clear instructions. I’m very upset as well as my daughter…worst experience ever
