I had an excellent experience at the enterprise store on 5/30/2022. when I went in Melissa Dean greated me she said they didn’t have any more apts for the day, I told her I had called before I left ozark al and no one said that on the phone she said If I could wait she would fit me in and that she did. Last week I had my hair bleached and dyed red by Melissa. And the week before that I had her cut my hair. She did a fantastic job both times. She was also really sweet and helpful. Told me the best shampoo/conditioner to use to keep up my red hair. I will be going to her for all my hair needs from now on.
