Horrible experience. Woman ruined both my and my husband’s hair. She took away who we are. Yes we know it’s just hair and it grows back but our hair is who we are. She stripped us of that. We both cried. She made mention to both of us how much she enjoyed “transforming” people. How about she tries doing transformations that are actually WANTED. She listened to neither of us and unfortunately, we weren’t able to stop her in time because we both wear glasses and without them, we’re basically blind. The damage was already done. The only solice is that our hair grows fast. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would give this place five stars but unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday. Carlee, who is the sweetest person in the world and the best hair stylist there, wasn’t there yesterday and I had to get my hair cut in a hurry since I’m having a brain test on Friday. But, I just let the older woman do my hair. Which I was fine with, she seemed nice enough. I told her I wanted it short on the sides and long on top.
