They told me they could cut his his hair but the 1st time they denied him cuz he wouldn’t wear a mask. He is a toddler! Great customer service but a little under staffed. I don’t believe an employee should ever have to work alone with no other employee to fall back on. During my hair cut several customers came in hunting certain products and needed the stylist help. I didn’t mind because I knew she was working alone. But honestly a hair cut or color should never have be stop repeatedly because the only employee is having to work the register, help walk-in customers and do the actual styling or coloring. It causes them to lose focus on your hair style and where they were in that process. But I can say the store is always clean and the work they do with hair there is amazing. From color to cut they are awesome!
