I came in 2 weeks ago for a hair cut on a Sunday. I asked for long layers and side bangs. I also had a lot of product in my hair and told her that it may need to be washed. She told me there was no hot water. She also was watching her church service on her phone in which I didn’t think nothing of it. She cut my hair and I threw it back in a bun and went on my way. I have natural curly hair so I did not realize the absolute mess I had until I straightened it. I had to go to another salon to have my hair corrected and another 1 1/2 took off. I do not recommend this place. I have sent a email to corporate also! If you value your hair go somewhere else!!!!

What I got was nothing close to the cut that was shown to the stylist. The stylist was complaining about the manager not being there. I was trying to look at my hair and she was in a rush to get me to the register, I couldn’t see my hair until I got home. Please do not take your business here. It took over 2 hours of trying to save as much length as possible in oder to fix the mess up.

I took my daughter for a simple trim and curtain bangs. The bangs did not look anything like the picture we showed her, she clearly did not know what curtain bangs are. I left with my daughter in tears. Not worth it! Haircut

Somehow my appointment that was made on a Monday was not in the system when I arrived that Friday. Marie was awesome, she already had a perm going but worked my perm in with the one she already had. This was my first experience with a new beautician since moving here and I cant express how awesome Marie was. This is the best perm I’ve ever had. The ladies there are kind and friendly. I will recommend anyone I know to stop by and see these ladies. Thank you again Marie.

Great stylist but appointments never start on time. I love Rebecca but the way the shop works even when she has an appointment they add clients and cause the appointment to always run late. This morning I check in twice to confirm my appointment was going to be on time but 10 minutes after my appointment time another customer was put in her chair. If you don’t mind waiting (average of 30 minutes after your appointment time) for a good stylist this is your place.

I started going there because the lady that did my hair retired. Dusty originally started doing my hair. She is great. Karen did my hair and brows once hair was good but she waxed my eye lid. Lol. This last time, Tracy did my hair. Now it looks like a big frizz ball. Not sure what she done but it looks horrible!. I refuse to go back because this is not the first time one of the stylist have messed up my hair. They tell you they have all of this experience and can cut curly hair. But I think some need a refresher course. I usually tip pretty well but did not this time. I could pretty much tell it was not right but did not want her to even try to fix it. I will let it grow out some, find another salon, pay more if need be. I will not refer anyone there.

I called and b emailed letting the store know and asked for a refund. This was not my first time there but first timethis has happened. The person in charge Dave claimed it had to be something I had done myself like my laundry detergent, touching my OWN neck oh and a shirt I must have put on. Mind you no other part of my body was affected by this rash. So he said he watched cameras and she cleaned her tools thats all well and good I still was broken out from the clippers. My hair has been many times without this happening so to be dismissed as if i injured myself with things I use on a daily basis.After simply asking for a refund I was refused but will not stand for this company telling me this was my fault.Service: HairstylingI WILL NOT BE DISMISSED!!!!!SMARTSTYLE.
