Absolutely the worst customer service. They refused a walk in for a simple buzz cut. Stating to me they don’t do walk ins. I should know when I need a hair cut. They said Google hair salons in the area maybe they can help. We went to millys at 49 Niagara in canadaigua. Not that we didn’t have to wait on a walk in but we’re super accommodating. When ll told them I was writing a bad review the girl said go right a head. Disgusting. Go to Molly’s great people great service great prices!

Having been box dying my hair black for about a year, my expectations for this hair appointment were low and I didn’t think I had many options. Thanks to Valerie, I can genuinely say that my hair looks the best it has ever looked in my life. She was extremely professional, thorough, and somehow managed to bring my hair back to life from box black to the most gorgeous copper color! Kalie is very knowledgable and creative. When She dyed my hair I told her what I thought I wanted. She was able to take that idea and improve it beyond my original expectation. Everyone was asking me if I had “gone back to my natural color”! When Kalie cuts my hair it always feels like an improvement. I love walking through the store after and catching my reflection over and over again. My daughter likes to change her hairstyle often and when she sits with Kalie she brings pictures of what she wants. Kalie is always able to achieve the cut and customize it to my daughter’s liking!

Loved this place! Nate cut my very long hair the way I wanted and then did a perm that turned out perfect!! I have received endless praise to how natural my curls look! People cannot believe it’s not my natural hair. After the perm was set, I realized I wanted the haircut to be more dramatic and Nate included me in the schedule with little notice and got my haircut (now with the curls) exactly the way I had imagined it. I have found my new hair dresser!! the salon is also clean and welcoming. Thank you Nate!!

Nate was FANTASTIC!!! He is very gifted and talented all around. My hair looked SO good with the final results.
