I was very happy with the hairstylist Keiko. This was my first time seeing her. I was very nervous as I was here to to do my hair color. She did a wonderful job with my hair color (bayalage). She did exactly what I wanted. She was very kind and courteous to talk and every time explained me the steps she was doing while colouring my hair. Extremely happy and would recommend her anytime. 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have not had my hair done here, but I spoke to a stylist about services they offer. She kept cutting me off, would not answer my question, and hung up the phone. And now as I’m trying to call back I’m getting the busy dial tone. Don’t go here.

Positive: QualityI’ve been coming to this Salon for 2 years and never had a bad haircut until I decided to go with a Claudia the place was empty I showed her a picture on my phone and told her I wanted a Bob. This woman washed my hair and then proceeded to the hair cut, turned the chair away from the mirror like most stylist do. She grabbed a comb with a razor like the kind you buy at Sally’s. She started to take chunks she showed me the back and that’s when I saw the “Karen” she so shamelessly created… long on the sides and flat in the back nothing like a Bob nothing like the picture . I got nervous after I saw I had a flat back and couldn’t let her do anymore so I paid and left running to Fantastic Sam’s Hair in the Bealls Plaza.
