You need to check out this salon. I paid $65 for a wash, cut, AND Olaplex treatment done by a professional stylist. The relaxing hair wash was worth the whole price, I think: full deep scalp massage. JOY! The salon is immaculate, clean, and its design is soothing. If you want a quick in and out, this isn’t the place. Slo Spa is where you go to give yourself a $100 treatment for $65. I’ll be returning for a massage, and then in the Spring for a pedicure. Their prices are VERY affordable. Say goodbye to the over-prices East Side of Providence stylists: this place is affordable luxury.

One can only feel relaxed upon entering this beautifully designed and calming spa! From the moment I arrived – I was warmly welcomed by Slo Spa and Salon’s professional staff and owner Sylvia who always brightens my day! I was then brought to the changing room where I was given a soft and cozy bathrobe, which you can purchase if you want to keep it – I’m sure you will! A small gesture that brought great excitement and anticipation for my spa day, which started with a relaxing 1.5 hour massage which literally almost put me to sleep – all my stress evaporated. The therapist wanted to make sure that my experience was top notch making sure that the pressure was not too hard or too soft. I was then escorted to a softly lit resting room where I had a wonderful snack of homemade bread and a refreshing bottle of water. Then the facialist arrived and brought me to another room where I had a facial that began as a neck massage of essential oils – onto a deep cleaning and toning of my face and ending with a facial lift massage. It was pure heaven!! I look 10 years younger with my skin feeling amazing! I can only rave about this wonderful spa that takes away all the stress’ of the day. I will definitely make Slo Spa and Salon a regular part of my wellbeing regimen.

I made and appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes for my service to begin. I then used $100 spa gift cards as payment but the two employees didn’t know how to use the gift cards (two $50) and told me that the owner or manager will call the next business day to let me know if everything was processed through Spa Finder properly. It’s almost been 2 weeks since my pedicure and I still haven’t heard from the owner or manager.
