This was an amazing experience. I truly appreciated the customer service and sense of peace as soon as I entered the shop. I was running late and literally ran to my appointment. She was so kind and calm. The energy was amazing. The space was clean and quiet. I was able to unplug and enjoy my first facial. She offered the option of being educated on the process or just to sit and receive service with no speaking. I appreciated that so much. I have a pillow spray at home. I use for myself and my daughter. We love it. I look forward to booking more services.

Excellent Customer Service and on time with my appointment, which is very important to me . She allowed me to select my style of music which I loved, not just the regular music played during facials. Area was cleaned and smelled really good. Now to the best part, my face was feeling so clean, fresh and radiant, didn’t even need to put on makeup :). The REAL DEAL! I always would say “I don’t need a facial I wash my face everyday I have perfect skin” but boy when I tell you after getting a facial from Rosalind it changed my life and had me questioning if my face was ever clean. And don’t get me started on the products! They changed my entire life. Already scheduled my appointment for another facial because I need my face to be looking good for my graduation honey and I knooow Rosalind can make that happen.
