It was my first time getting a facial and I highly recommend getting one here. I got the signature facial and my esthetician Jules was amazing. She walked me through each step of the treatment and gave me recommendations to improve my skin after I leave. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again soon.

Went yesterday for a signature facial. The practitioner was nice to talk to and seemed friendly and sweet so I feel bad leaving this review but in terms of service, I can’t recommend this, extractions are the basics of any facial and while I appreciate maybe being a new practitioner ( I just learnt this before my appointment) she was being extra careful to not to scar but I left still seeing all the visible whiteheads on my face. I showed it to her right after my treatment but she said that’s all she could get. Until the point I saw my face post treatment the service felt relaxing but when I saw the final look I was majorly disappointed to see the whiteheads very much still there how it was before treatment. I even took the survey and left feedback and asked for a call back but haven’t received any call back. This was my first experience and since it’s been disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend and definitely not worth the $200 🙁

She is incredibly sweet and really listens to what look the client is trying to achieve. I also love that they use a numbing block so there is pretty much no pain at all.
