If I had a choice of giving no stars, I would. The other Skin MD locations are great, but the ladies at Dedham have absolutely no manners or customer service etiquette. There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments, but when I was 7 minutes late, I was refused service. The manner and tone in which Krista dealt with me was extremely unprofessional, and when she went to speak to her manager, I could hear their conversations in the back. This is my second negative experience at the Dedham location, so you’re better off spending your money at the other locations (Gabby and Lea at Burlington are amazing!). Overall, the Dedham workers have a severe lack of empathy, grace, and manners and the customers deserve better than that when they are spending so much. Cosmetic and aesthetic services are a combination of technical skill and etiquette, but if these ladies cannot have both, I would not trust them to work on me!

Krista is an absolute gem. She does all my procedures. When it comes to my laser hair removal, she knows that I get scared of the laser hair machine when I don’t know where it will be zapping so she calming and sweetly talks me through it and let’s me know where it will be hitting next so I don’t jump (ruining the procedure and risk having some spots not hit with the laser due to my flinching) and can mentally prepare. She even gives me the stress ball to help distract me. She also gave me an ice pack before the appointment to numb the spot and help me with the pain (it’s really not that bad I’m just a big baby). She’s so unbelievably sweet every single time I see her and goes above and beyond for me each appointment. She always makes sure I have a water as well. She makes me feel so safe and comforted no matter which procedure I am doing. Even if it’s super busy with a lot of people in the clinic and with the phones ringing, she is calm and sweet to EVERYONE. Acknowledging every single person that comes in and doesn’t rush anyone if I they have any questions about aftercare or pre-care for appointments. She is a gift to this clinic and world.

Krista is very professional and cares about my skin and she tailors the temperature/level to my needs to maximum to result. She did diamond glow and collagen facial for me, my face feels more hydrated and soft. I’m happy with the treatment.
