The nurses are great, however I had several unpleasant experiences with one individual at the front desk. In addition, their cancellation policy is absurd and I am surprised if it is even “allowed”. I have 4 credits left and only a week until my contract is terminated. There is no possible way to use 4 credits in one week, so I had to pay an additional $25 to “skip” this month’s billing in order to use my remaining credits. Otherwise, I lose them. Seems like really bad business to have a client pay and not allow them to use the service. Pretty sure I could have just disputed the past charges with my bank, since they aren’t rendering the services I paid for, but at this point I just don’t have the patience to deal with it. Will not be signing up as a member again purely for the way they treat anyone considering cancelling.

Information giving is always incorrect. Service representatives are very rude and do not explain the membership processes accurately or the pricing. Taking advantage of people. Only good things is the nurses and their skills, please be careful once they find out your cancelling they treat you very different.

Cindy the center manager is friendly, helpful, and kind. My skin is that of a mature women but have seen and felt visual results. The membership was a little confusing, but Cindy was great and solving the situation. Everything possible is being done to keep it clean and virus free.
