Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt was so difficult to communicate with the person who was incharge for my service. Told her I don’t need a special pedicure but she didn’t understand and then she just cut my toe nails without even asking! I was so calm still. Gel polish doesn’t look ms great with short toe nails. then when she was to do my gel polish on fingers I kept telling her I need a couple of more coats because it wears off easy, also told her I need square shaped nails. But no, she just shushed me and was like “no no, this is fine” on telling the manager during payment, she was like no they know better, this whole disastrous mani pedi costed me $85. Walked in and selected the tier 2 package for my wife and I which is 48 minutes in duration ($48). After sitting down in the chair a single “technician” approached and started soaking our feet. I thought another technician would appear from out back, nope. They were going to try and score a 2 for 1. Doing my wife’s feet and my feet in the same 48 minutes. At this point I dried my feet and left. The pint was for my wife and I to get the full service together. Bad business practice.

The lady did a good job on my nails, did exactly what I wanted BUT she does them way too thin, is a bit careless with the edrill, burned me a few times as well as cut a few of my fingers. Prices were very high. While I would explain to her exactly how I wanted my nails, medium length, coffin shaped nails, she took everything defensively and would try to defend herself and the way she did nails. Which no one was questioning her or accusing her of anything. The experience was a bit weird and stressful. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

Got my nails done here, mani and pedi, the lady was very nice, everything was very clean. I got shellac on my toes and nails, my toes came out fine but my finger nails were terrible, they weren’t applied evenly, you could see lines at the layers, it looked like the shellac collected at the tip and its started picking off little by little by the 3rd day. I called and was treated rudely over the phone, she said it wasn’t in the policy to refund or give store credit and i said thats fine but they’re probably using expired shellac and she hung up on me. So ignorant. Not coming back.

WORST PLACE I’VE EVER GONE FOR NAIL SERVICE IN 21 YEARS. This place cares more about their “backroom”massages than they do their customer service and doing”nail work”. I came here for a polish change with my friend because we have not had a chance to get together in quite some time and thought it was some nice ” girltime” ,I have been getting my nails done for 21 years the nail tech would pinch me everytime I even went to have a conversation with my friend.After the third time, I said out loud that clearly this woman did not want me to be speaking out loud. Two senior nail techs went over ,and in English were humiliating another nail tech while she was working on my friend. It was super unclean the bathroom was disgusting and had urine all over the back of the door. And the worst part of it was the customer service that I failed to receive from the Nail Tech.35 dollars for a polish change, where she cut my nails so uneven I had to go to MY nail salon after to get my nails FIXED. HORRRRRRIBLE SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. TRY THE NEXT NAIL.SALON ON YOUR LIST!!!!

First time in. Brought my daughters for a girls beauty day out. We were asked to come back in an hour so they could make room for us as walk-ins. At our time we were taken in and seated right away. Each of us had our own nail tech. They were very professional. Took awesome care of my girls. We walked out of there with our nails looking great and what seemed like no time at all. We would definitely recommend Simply Nails inside the Pheasant Lane Mall lower level!! We will be back for sure. Perhaps next time will be for pedi’s.

I just started getting my nails done here recently and I’ve been very happy with the results each time. Lyly did my flame & checkered nails and I’m obsessed with them. Will definitely be going back again soon.

The paint job was horrible it was extremely messy. The photo attached is right after she did my nails. They look like I’ve had them for weeks. I was very unsatisfied and will never go here again or recommend to anyone.

Came for a pedi and mani .. was given price sheet for pedi picked the. 38$ one – at checkout another 12 was charged for polish. Needed my nails filled. While she was doing them another girl came over and asked what I was having done to get my bill ready she said “just a 15$ fill” and tech said yes. When I got the total I asked why it was so expensive and the owner came over and showed me receipt with a fill being charged 30$ and another 15 for polish. No price list anywhere in store or on website. I should have researched first but was at mall and figured it would save me time. The nail techs were great but the owner is sneaky .. will never go back because of her grimy ways. Someone should report her to the better business bureau.
