I went to Veronica and got a full set of stiletto acrylics with gel polish. I was charged nearly double the going rate for a full set. I’m used to paying between 30-50 dollars but I was charged $70 at simply nails. I still don’t know why I was charged so much. The nails weren’t worth the price either. They’re one color with no other decoration or design on them and they keep breaking and falling off. Also, I was never asked how long I wanted my nails, she just cut them without asking. I appreciate Veronica’s work, the nails look nice and they are what I asked for, but I’m upset that I paid so much for nails that keep breaking and falling off.

I had both a pedi and acrylic nails done before my vacation. It was a delightful experience! I have never had nails last this long! They grew out more than half my nail and were still hard to remove! (I didn’t have time for a fill) I don’t know what she used for top coat because the color lasted forever too and never cracked or chipped. Still have it on my toes 2 and 1/2 months later!

They have horrible customer service. They didn’t even try to resolve the problem I had. They only thing this business is concerned about is making money. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, don’t go here.
