I came in to redeem a groupon for teeth whitening. I had a past horrible experience at a NYC dentist office, but I saw the wonderful reviews here and wanted to give whitening another chance. They use Zoom as their whitening tool, and it gave me truly stellar results! The owner was lovely and patient, checking in with me periodically, explaining the process, and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated that because my past experience at the dentist office left me unattended for 1 hour and burned my lip. Contrary, Simply Glowing was with me every step of the way, and even gave me a care package and aftercare instructions.

It has been a few years since I’ve had my teeth whitened. I was always nervous about trying it again because I experienced alot of sensitivity. I found Simply Glowing on Groupon about a week ago. It was very easy to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. Parking was a little difficult because it is located in a busy area, but there is a parking lot behind the stores across the street. I was able to park there and it was a quick two minute walk to the shop. Upon entering, I noticed the fun and trendy decor. The shop is small, but I was very impressed by the very efficient use and flow of the space. It was also very clean. The owner greeted me and was very nice. I completed a quick waiver via tablet and was guided to the room where the service would be performed. The owner explained the process to me and help to ease my concern about sensitivity. It was very clean just like the entrance. I was able to watch TV during the process which helped the hour pass quickly. It was broken down into three 20 minute sessions. After the first 20 minute session I immediately noticed results. I really wished we would have taken before/after photos. I did not experience any sensitivity. This is very effective and gentle teeth whitening. It is not the same strength as some other teeth whitening options out there, but it works and you will not experience pain. Just schedule a follow-up session to achieve best results. I cannot wait to schedule my follow-up session. After completing all three 20 minute sessions, I was given a nice goody bag with coupons, whitening strips for aftercare, whitening toothpaste, a toothbrush and a very nice pen. I can tell this owner cares about her business. I am so relieved to know that I no longer have to be afraid of teeth whitening thanks to Simply Glowing.

What they lack in space they make up three fold for in customer service and client engagement!.. Always a pleasure and never much of a wait to get a bed or booth. Atmosphere is clean and fragrant!

I live 5 mins away First time here and I do not RECOMMEND this place to any one ! Bed 3 was dirty & there was little body hairs all over the glass the sides of the bed looked like it was dusty never cleaned or wiped down. Looks like they only try to clean the front of the store. prices are not even great for the type of beds. All out dated! There eye wear is not even clean properly – there just stuffed in water.

Very disappointing! I been their costumer for a little while, never had a problem until last time. Had last session left so went to use it right before my vacation. I spend 15 mins in a room no.1. When I came home I realized that I’m tan only in the front, and my back is white! After 15 mins, my butt should be red, we all know. So i called them saying what happened, the gentleman was very nice and helpful, he said he have to contact the owner to find out how we can fix this. I got a call back with an information that they can’t even this up because she said it’s weird that I been tan only in half! Well u should see mine surprised face when I saw it ! Plus he told me that I’m not a first person with this complaint! I gave them a chance to fix this but she is just cheap and doesn’t care about her costumers !! Never coming back. Never was so great and prices are not very good but it’s close and convenient to me, but I’d rather go somewhere further and be tan evenly than this!! Do not recommend.
