I had a 18month membership which ended last December. I just needed a touch up so wanted to buy a package but they turned my business away. They said packages are for knew clients. Also they said I couldn’t do the same areas? I just found it rude and annoying. So I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere. The staff can be a bit rude at times. The treatment itself is ok. I have to go back in less than a year. Be careful buying packages with them because they won’t use their stronger settings, so treatments won’t be as affective and u will end up needing to get a membership with them anyway. Also they’re overly booked and sometimes will break your appointments up bc of being overly booked which is very inconvenient. I would say take your money elsewhere

Horrible results! I was talked into an 18 month contract, actually they call it a membership fee. Of course they promised (verbally) that I would get my “desired results” if I committed to that 18 month time frame.

My first time in Tucson location I felt that the lady who treated my face didn’t listen to me at all. I told her that the laser is not the correct laser and she ignored me. I told her to do both my lip-lines she didn’t she said she did but I always fell the laser and pain in that area and I know she didn’t. She didn’t do my cheeks and she just ignored me while I was telling her about how from the other location they have to use a stronger laser because I am not loosing hair after 14 treatments. She didn’t double check the leaser heat. And I know she did wrong laser because even with my appointments they kept telling me that they must be every 6 weeks but when I said no the lady behind the desk check again and saw that I was right. I can not say enough of how ignored I felt. I want to understand that some people are way to strict and they can only do as they are dictated, but she mistakes this business with her own. I am sure that the company wants to give a good service

Simplicity has been great trough out my whole experience. I received laser hair removal on my chest & abdomen. I purchased the membership on Groupon and I attended for 18months. It was my first time thought it was pricey until the end of my sessions when my hair wasn’t growing back. For sure worth it!! All the staff are cool my tech was Jenifer and she’s amazing!
