She explains everything, has the lightest hand to make the experience less painful, and she is quick. I’ve seen so much progress in my 12 months. Run away from this place!! I had to re-schedule couple of times due to testing positive for Covid, because of it I lost 2 treatments since I didn’t call 24 hours before. Like who would know 24 hours before they would have Covid the next day?! Tried talking to a care manager but she kept telling me that her notes does not say I had Covid. I’m having her to pull the calls on the days I called to re-schedule my appointments due to Covid. I was thinking to get a membership since I was seeing some small changes to my hair growth, but I decided not to get the membership with this place since they don’t even care about their customers who are sick or has health issues. What a waste of money, time, and effort. They said their policy is only one time courtesy waiver, so if you happen to be sick on your scheduled appt date and can’t make it, you only have one chance and that’s it. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

I’m not done with my complete laser hair removal, but so far it’s been really pleasant! If you get it during a sale or special, the prices are pretty decent for getting multiple areas. The staff are very nice and listen to me when the laser starts to burn a little (I have very sensitive skin). The place is a little hard to find at first, as the Google Maps points in the wrong area, but once you know the place it’s easy enough to get in. My fiancee and I are doing it together and they are willing to keep our appointments at the same time so it’s just one car we take. I highly recommend this place, for guys or girls!
