Everyone has good days and bad days. For those that got pleasant reception from the lady, probably was on her good days. The 3 stars is for the skills and attention the lady did for the cut, the missing stars is for her attitude. Supposedly she does not (claim quite loudly) do cut on dry hair and require wash, then why are there 2 prices for wash and non-wash cuts? She also gave underhanded insults at how “great” my nephew’s haircut (home cut) that she herself cannot do. If there is another choice, will not return. Hair wash is done by another lady with dish washing gloves on Seriously, thick dish washing gloves. But again, the haircut did turn out well despite the bad experience.

We like it though it can be hit and miss sometime. You have to be regular and know your stylist so they know what you want. Communication does becomes an issue. I like taking kids, shampoo, and shampoo post cut as well.

We can communicate very well and have a good time while she works on my hair. I go there not only for my hair (perm, color, cut, style..) but also chat with her. I have been having very pleasant time with the lady. Today it’s freezing outside, I will go and have my hair colored and have a good chat like the good old days.
