I came to be serviced around 6pm and wasn’t seated until almost time to close. And because of that I was rushed. Two people removed my acrylic nails as I had my feet worked on. One used acetone and the other used a tip to pry the acrylic off. The one who used a tip ripped my nails and they were extremely shorter than the other hand. I had to get dip instead of the manicure I originally asked for. The whole experience was not pleasant considering I just moved up here. My nails on one hand are so fragile. The dip is already cracking and it has been maybe 4 days since I went there. I paid over $100 and will not be going back. I do not recommend them!

The worse manicure I’ve ever had in my life. They didn’t soak my hands on water, they did not cut my cuticles, no cleaning, no nothing. They just filed the nails and paint them. I asked the manager if they normally clean the nails and his response was not. If you want to pay $35 for filing and painting your nails go to signature nails and spa. I was going to do a pedicure and they left me soaking my feet for over 15 minutes. Their service is horrible. THE WORSE MANICURE EVER!

Amy was the esthetician that worked on me and was friendly, efficient in her work, and responsive to my needs when I told her I had to be at work at a certain time. She went above and beyond when she gave me a shoulder massage — she even offered to feed me water when my fingers had acetone wraps (I declined). Their customer service could use improvement. The team of estheticians got up and went in the back room for their lunch break leaving me in the spa alone while my nails were soaking. In that time, another woman walked in and I told her the same thing. Amy was the esthetician that worked on me and was friendly, efficient in her work, and responsive to my needs when I told her I had to be at work at a certain time. I wish I could say this place delivered a great experience every time but unfortunately they don’t. I have been numerous times and only received great service twice. There are only a few nice technicians there. I call ahead for a certain nail technician and make an appointment and never get who I asked for.. It’s literally a different technician every time I go who is in a rush. I always get a gel manicure and they attempt to change the price on me every time. I have had many gel manicures crack or come off the next day so I go back in with a receipt and ask them to please fix it or at least give me a discount and they are very rude and try to charge the full price again! The service is not consistent. Sadly I have decided to find a new nail salon.

I’ve been to every salon on this island…this is the first one that I’ve stayed with. The reason I go back each and every time is because of consistancy – it does not matter who is assigned to take care of you for a pedicure you’ll will receive the same, great, consistent service. Pedicures are always 20% off, so you can get the most expensive one for $43! This is a long process so be prepared to spend some time there! The place is clean and they care about the service that they provide to their customers. I also have my nails done here and eyebrows too. My daughter even tried out the lash extensions. Every service is meticulous. You need to try this one! Btw the only reason that their star score is low is because one person forgot their star power-her review was great!

The service is so hit or miss here! I have been here a handful of times and have had great experiences and terrible experiences. The latest was not great. I asked for my nails to be shaped a certain way, multiple times and I still was left unhappy. I think it’s time to find a new nail salon!
