Don’t recommend. Rushed me out 30 minutes prior to closing. Completed my nails during the pedicure, making it hard to enjoy the pedicure I was paying $65 for. Dip process was not performed properly & looks very very sloppy. I’ve had my nails down hundreds of times in my life & this is the worst they’ve ever looked for me. Will not be going back.

I was visiting from out of state and wanted my gel polish changed. They told me wait wasn’t too long. I waited almost an hour. The gel polish is peeling off. 4 days later. I didn’t like the way it looked. Looked sloppy. And the girl acted to be in a mood. Not pleased. Will not go back! I don’t like businesses that aren’t honest, and I can’t afford to get nails done every 4 days!

Now this place is really something to talk about! It offers a relaxing atmosphere and a subtle ambiance that can transform your mood instantly. They offer a variety of spa features and their nail techs are top notch! I asked for a service that my particular guy had never done before but was willing to try and I must say that he did an excellent job! My nails have never looked so good and I have to say I think they have definitely gained a new client! So if you haven’t tried this place by all means you have to check it out it’s not your average nail salon and the experience is completely different than any other in Florence!

I enjoy the atmosphere, and the nail technicians are very nice and they do a great job. My sister and I come here all the time we have our favorite technicians but as I said they all are good . I walk out of here with beautiful nails every time and toenails when I do a pedicure. Acrylic nails

Came in today vs yesterday and was immediately seated as I said I’ve never had a problem here. Never had a problem with them not fixing an issue I’ve had. Front desk remembered me from yesterday! (Which is a +) now let’s get my nails fixed(my fault). This place is awesome❤️ Was just upset about the entire non communication yesterday. They are fixing the issue so all is well!

I came in yesterday with my granddaughter to get our pedicures done. We were seated shortly, after getting there and the guy that did my granddaughter’s pedi was awesome!! The new lady that did my nails was the worst service I’ve had since going there!! Normally, I have no complaints but she did not clean my nails properly because I have around my cuticles old skin that should have been removed!!
