My nail place did a big no-no health code wise so I needed to find a new place. A friend recommended signature nails so I decided to give them a try yesterday. I was seated quickly and Jennifer did a great job with laying the acrylic. A gentleman did my polish and the powder chrome on top and it came out great. Over all I’m happy and will be returning.

Critical: QualityI only just got my nails done two weeks ago and half of them have cracked or chipped off. All I asked for was acrylic with gel polish. They are a beautiful color but the first one broke literally the day after I got them done. After the weekend went by it bothered me so much I went back to get it fixed. They did it but just for one nail they charged me five dollars. Now majority of my nails have chips in them and some have completely broken off doing basic tasks. I normally go to aqua nails on Campbell but found that the day that I got mine done they were way too busy. This resulted in me going to signature and now that I have been I will never go back because my nails are such bad quality and I have broken my long fingernails to nubs. very frustrating knowing I spent a decent amount of money getting them done. I’ve been to a dozen nail salons over the years and could never find anywhere that I was particularly impressed with. I’ll be the first to admit I’m a difficult client. I have large hands and want my nails a particular shape and length so as not to accentuate that. I noticed a friend of mine always had the prettiest nails, and she recommended Signature Nails. I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. They’re always patient, professional and so far they’ve been able to replicate every design I’ve shown them. I’m not creative at all, so I scroll Google images looking for new ideas every month, then show them a picture and they always deliver. They’re transparent with their prices, unlike some places that have hidden fees that you don’t know about until you’re done, and everything is very reasonably priced. Signature has adapted to comply with all the new covid guidelines, even going above and beyond to keep their customers and staff safe, while still offering their usual relaxing and enjoyable experience. I go twice a month for my nails and a pedicure and never leave unsatisfied. But if for some reason a nail breaks or you have some other issue, they make it right without a hassle. I can’t say enough good about Signature Nails.

I was trying to be optimistic coming here , but honestly I’ve never had such ugly nails after a manicure. Honestly horrible quality and cuticle cleaning. Half my nail isn’t even painted . Look at the pictures for yourself.

I went for the first time and I was a little nervous. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by the employees and assisted quickly. They were all so kind and helpful. The shop was clean and very cute. I loved the fact that it only took 45 minutes to do my nails! My last salon would spend 2 hours, so it was a major relief. They also gave me a new customer gift. It made me feel special!

Not to mention the young guy who did my nails was super rude the entire time and ignored me. They shoved this ugly orange color that’s on my nails in my face after I told them I wanted a burnt orange color too. There are many no artists within this company that are amazing! But Amy, by far is my favorite. Not only is her attention attention to detail awesome, but she makes you feel welcome and her conversation makes you feel relaxed. I’m usually nervous and anxious when someone is touching and working on me and today I did not have either of those feelings. Thanks Amy & signature nails!!

I needed to get my nails done last minute and called these guys and gals. I had tried 3 different places and wasn’t happy with the results after a week. B and David took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. I liked that they had a plethora of options for gel, dip powder and regular nail polish.
