Such an amazing spa and amenities with Crowne Pointe Hotel; the mineral bath is wonderful and add on the Himalayan salt sauna and steam room PLUS the outside Jacuzzi and pool, it’s all so relaxing and wonderful. In-room whirlpool baths, fireplaces, and balconies only add to the wonderful experience of Crowne Pointe. The koi fish pond is also awesome as you enter the spa area! Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I had both had 85 min massages and they were terrific! I had Matthew and the massage was amazing. Perfect amount of pressure applied. It was so tranquil, I did not want to leave. My husband used Peter and he also was very satisfied with his massage as well. The facility was nice and clean and you also get to use the steam room, mineral tube, and sauna with a purchase of a treatment. Defiantly when in P-Town you should defiantly pay a visit to these guys!

Incredibly relaxing and therapeutic massage. Matthew is an excellent massage therapist, just the right amount of pressure and focus on my tense neck and shoulder muscles. I feel like he really was in tune with all the sore spots, especially the shoulder body work he did. It was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. highly recommend! Definitely going to make this an annual thing.

Excellent location, with very quiet and peaceful ambiance. You’d forget you were in the middle of a tourist town, you’ll feel so serene with the reflecting pools and gently flowing water along the paths between facilities. I got the deep tissue massage done by Eric Davis, and he managed to get years of tension out of my back in only one session. I felt lighter than I have in years, and I am eternally grateful. Thanks so very much, and I will definitely be back!

This was a lovely experience! My wife and I visited for the deep pore cleansing facial, and we were welcomed warmly and treated kindly throughout the whole experience. Joe was an absolute gem, as were his colleagues. We hope to visit Shui Spa next time we’re in Provincetown. The soaking tub and steam room were also a treat. Thank you!

Tucked inside Crowne Pointe Historic Inn, Shui Spa is a peaceful getaway and a time to relax and rejuvenate. This time around I had my first facial featuring Kiehl’s products. The technician was very friendly and took pride in her work. My face has never felt better. I’m a strong believer for facials now. I also took advantage of the downstairs mineral bath and steam room, which is available to all Crowne Pointe guests. All workers were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
