I always go here to get my eyebrows threaded/tinted for the last 3 years or so. I waited a good 45 minutes for the lady I like to do my eyebrows. She had one person in the chair and two ppl waiting. When it was my turn she went straight in about to do my eyebrows until I stopped her asking her to wash her hands (something she did not do in between those 3 customers ahead of me). This lady had the audacity to get loud with me and upset when she tried using hand sanitizer instead of soap and water. I then again to ask her can she wash her hands with soap and water. The lady yells I used hand sanitizer with everyone else what happened with you!! I then proceed to tell her COVID-19 is very much so still alive and she wasn’t touching my face after just doing 3 other customers w/o cleaning her hands which she refused to wash. I then ask the other lady in the middle seat if she could wash her hands and do my eyebrows instead, which she did w/ no hesitation or problem.

Shubh was an amazing esthetician. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and full Brazilian wax and full leg wax. Vidi Chandi also did a lovely job threading my eyebrows.
