Such a good experience I and my sister in law had. Very clean and organized salon with such a professional staff. We had our make up and hair done for a wedding ceremony and they asked for what we need and they improvised the look to what will suit our face and we loved it. We also got so many compliments for the look.

People here are very welcoming. I went up for just threading and end up having my split ends removed. They have done very good job for very reasonable prices. Eyebrow Threadings are accepted by walk-ins as well. But always better to call before going if you want to save your time.

I was refused eyebrow trim service even though I went 15 minutes before the closing time. They should have mentioned in the website that they don’t take customers after certain time. I wasted my time going there and I was bluntly refused the service. Very poor customer service

Never ever go there for hair cut… especially to the lady with short hair cut, got terrible experience and worst behavior. I went with long volume hair for trimming but ended up with very short and less volume … they were not even patient to listen what you wanted. I literally cried after seeing my hair but no one even noticed.. Hope this review is helpful for at least one!!..Wanted to give no star but don’t have that option.

I came here for facial , women here is not well trained on facial she did not work on my face At all no no proper cleanse only 4mins cleanse and scrub. 10 mins steam and 10 mins facial massage, that’s the herbal facial.. waste of money good only for threading.. people here have lot of attitudes, rude and will ask you to come next time for proper facial.. screwed eyebrows don’t know why would people come to waste money here.. only for cheap threading may be.. not good for other services…

Please do NOT visit this place. I repeat Do Not. I went their for a haircut. I specifically instructed them about the style and length to be cut. But the hairdresser chopped by hair above my shoulder. I asked them to cut uptil 3 fingers they straight cut itfor almost 7 fingers. When i interrupted in between the hairdresser is saying she is doing it correctly and she knows what I want. Really this place is a nightmare. The cut was also not done in style. If you guyies want to go through a nightmare do visit this place. Never ever will visit again!!!!!!!

Poor service, rude staff , I will never go here again. Jiya or jiva is the worst lady every. They are very inhumane. They treat you like animals. Please never trust there service. When I told her, that I am having the bad pain , she said because you did not do waxing from long time and she did not even give a break during waxing and left half of the hairs. I wish , I could have give the negative stars . I would never recommend to anyone. They are very unprofessional and dirty place. Used the dirty instruments. That lady doesn’t know how to talk to the people. Arrogant lady. No wonder why they have bad reviews. Very bad customer service. I am going to complain to board and I am going to take the action. I will send my all the rashes pictures soon. .
