The customer service was great, very nice technicians but my manicure was not superior. I wanted French tips with squared nails and my nails were all filed unevenly and round. The white polish was painted on too high on my nail and will grow out after two days, which is less than ideal. I will be back for a pedicure because I was treated nicely and I’m hoping if I communicate better, I will get a better outcome.

I went yesterday to get a new set. I bounced around from one chair to another. It seems they only treat their regular customers with loyalty and not new people. I will not go back to this place again. They treat you like a number not like a person. Synthetic nail removal

I’ve lived in the area my entire life but just tried shirley nails for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience! I got a no chip manicure, she did a great job and my nails look beautiful! They have glass separators in place for covid which is a nice touch.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done mainly because a full set is cheap ($30) and the quality is good!! The wait is often long, but once they get started in your nails, they focus on your nails and take their time. I’ve never left Shirley’s dissatisfied. Highly recommend

I have given them chance after chance, and I am just disappointed every single time. I got a NO CHIP manicure Wed 6/12. NOT even 2 days later 3 nails chipped. I went back Monday 6-17 and they repaired the nails, 1 day later the same NAIL chipped. I am DONE coming here. Second.. what is the point in making an appointment when you sit and wait for 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment. They bite off more than they can chew and it’s beginning to show, especially with the reviews. I will not be returning, and I am not the first person I know to say that. Sad to see a good business sink.

I’ve been going to Shirley nails for about 20 years and I’ve now been getting no chips and whatever products through using our awful I go home with a brand new color on my nails a day or two later it starts fading little yellow looks nasty called Shirley nails talk to Gwen said come on in have it redone went in she started telling me it was my error some product I’m using on my hands is causing it to fade I don’t think so then come to say when I check out she charges me $20 for their poor product line I have a feeling they’re taking the bottles and putting acetone in them to make them stretch this happened to me twice and now I’m done just wanna let everybody know out there they using terrible products too cheap to buy new products and they keep raising their prices
