Thi do pedicure is a terrible place . I do a pedicure and manicure. Came nextt day and told me if the fixed they have to charge me as a new ped and mani. And I wish they health Department go to do to check them, they use the same stuff to do the pedicure reuse them put inside the little bag and put inside the sterilization machine and the sterilization machine is off.

I used to love coming here. Very nice people. When COVID hit I understand that these businesses have to make their money back and they raise the prices by a couple of dollars but HERE, they over did It. During the shut down they renovated the salon and ever since then I feel like I’ve been paying for the cost to catch up and the cost of their renovation. All I did was get a pedicure and a little slab of acrylic at the ends of my two big toenails because they are a bit brittle and I don’t want them breaking on vacation. Just a slab. The acrylic did not cover the entire toenail. I get the bill and it’s $42. I question It because that’s too much for a simple pedicure. They charged me an extra $14 as if I covered the entire nail. The ends of the nail on two big toes!!!!! Not to mention they charge more if you use your credit card. I thought It was all obsurd. If anyone knows of a nice decent place with decent prices please let me know because they are just robbing me at this point. They could’ve at least charged me like maybe $5 and It wasn’t even worth that. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!! That was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. The service just gets worse and worse and I’ve been coming here for years now. Not the same experience as It once was. They don’t understand that they are in a black neighborhood and that’s about 90% of their customers. Shame on them!

Received gift card from the Holidays. Very tranquil experience due to only three people there @ the time of my scheduled Appointment. Long time since Covid., although still under it. Businesses slowly regrouping., resets and adjusting. Staff Family-friendly. Appointment only., not accepting walk in due to the Pandemic [Covid]. 6ft distances and musk MUST REQUIRED.

I was at this establishment this afternoon as a walk in to get an SNS manicure. I picked P33 , the color was a baby pink && the guy comes back with the color && I said “this is not the same color as on the stick”…the guy says yes it is, it needs two coats…it turns out the color was lavender(which means it was the wrong color) so the owner says to the guy doing my nails he’ll take it off, you leave…. So I got up && walked out….That is absolutely no way a manager or owner should to speak to a customer. I will never go bad to this place what a rude and nasty person!

It was the first time I visited this place and I assure you that it is the last time. I did not like the way the person in charge asked me if I had an appointment, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome being the place completely alone. I then see the lady sit in his chair, so I said to Sasha I believe she is the owner “excuse I have a 12pm with Michael”, she responds saying oh that customer came late. I came in on a Saturday to do a pedicure, so they had a young lady doing it. She rushed my pedicure, didn’t even cut my toe nails evenly. The polish looked very old and wasn’t polished correctly. I’m not satisfied at all and I felt like I wasted $18. I still tipped her because she tried but I will never go back there again ♀️
