Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI thought she was a nice person and knew what she was doing.my appt.was 1pm..i left at 6:10pm. she said she could do the color and cut I asked for. (have ALL msgs) had to find diff color once I arrived. still didn’t get the color right. not even close. I also have pics of before and after. the cut was uneven and didn’t get any layers as I asked for. I paid 160.00 to leave and ended up at urgent care to find out I was burned..1st degree burns on my scalp. she offered to fix my cut but I turned it down as she had already done enough by burning me. a LEGAL rep had called her in regards to my experience and as soon as my name was mentioned, she hung up. I have all paperwork pics and conversations to prove all!
