More than a barber shop. Women go here to get their hair dyed and other stuff too. My haircut before last that I got here was the best I had had in a long time. I got my haircut there today, it was even better than my last haircut. They do a great job here. If you don’t get the same Barber you had last time, no problem. They keep notes on a computer, so that the barber you get this time can see what was done last time. I have never been disappointed at Shear Sports. They are always friendly. They always listen patiently to what you want for a haircut. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. No, I am not a paid spokesperson, LOL.

Been having my hair cut and styled here for awhile now by the manager Laura. Excellent stylists here! Not just for men as it may seem. All of the stylists do a great job as I know many people who have been coming here for years. You will not be disappointed. I brought a lady I was taking to chemo 5 days a week who began to lose her hair. She was very upset as any lady would be. She wanted her head shaved as her hair was missing in clumps. The sylist was so sweet to her, gave her a nice head massage after she shaved her head with oils and lotions. She told her how young and beautiful she looked, made her feel confident enough to leave without wearing her baseball cap she had along. She also did this free of charge. Great Salon!

I have been a customer for sometime. I never had a problem with being a walk-in customer till today. I always got a good haircut, but today did not stay for one. I just want to warn people you are better off calling and getting an appointment. I waited for about 20 mins, maybe longer. There where 5 stylists working when I walked in. Sure others with appointments came in and went ahead of me. I get that. However, when my time was finally up I watch multiple stylists disappear for break or lunch. I’m still waiting and at the time no one is getting hair cut. I gave the staff an other 5 minutes and they finally pulled back an appointment while other staff talked. So, I walked out. I’ll find some place else, try another day, not sure at this moment. They do good work but for me today I felt like the forgotten customer. So again, find a stylist and get an appointment if you do not have time to wait as a walk-in.

I’ve been going to Shear Sports for years. I have brought my boys here since they were four and nine; now they are adults. I always get the best service from very friendly staff. I like that my stylist is bold enough to tell me what she doesn’t think will work with my hair and give me other suggestions rather than trying what I want and it failing.
