I just returned from trying to get my hair corrected or something done for the botched job done on my hair by Shantel Stover. I have a huge amount of hair removed from my right side and she refused to see the problem, even arguing with me, and it is plain as day. Everyone sees the problem (including another hairstylist) but her. I left the salon because she wanted to take even more hair off the right side instead of admitting error and trying to fix this or make it more manageable for growing back out. She has now blocked me on Facebook which is the form of communication that she used for this. It is one thing for a client to be unhappy with the haircut, it is another for someone to argue that they did it correct that the unhappy customer is wrong. The pictures of my hair prove that it wasn’t done correctly. Hard to argue with missing hair. There has been no attempt to make things right, no offer to reimburse even in part. The hair color has a lot of red in it, and that is NOT what I wanted, I told her 3 times my natural is ash, no red, and I want to go back to color of my roots. I didn’t stay for her to correct the color, I was too upset over the cut.
