Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueWorks nightmarishly slow. I called and asked to make an appointment they said they had nothing available, but insisted I come in anyway and that it shouldn’t be too long before I’m served. Well 4 hours is too long. The owner Shaun is always expanding and growing. This barber shop is black owned, in the heart of a black community and Shaun is involved in the community. He gives customer appreciation barbeques, back to school deals and is always pleasant to speak to. My son is 17 and has been getting his hair cut in this shop since he was 8. We venture out to other shops because we relocated a couple of times, but we always end up right back at Shaun’s Fades for day and special shout out to barbers Syd the other light skinned brother w the dreads.

This shop has a small but family atmosphere where men can hang out and talk about sports or whatever else is on their minds. It’s hard to find a good barbershop but these guys do good work.

They are liars they say open on sundays until 5pm but it’s 1:24 now on a Sunday and I went to they door and they turned me around and it’s nowhere near 5pm… horrible customer service and a waist of having business hours up if I could give them zero stars I would!!! Straight up!!!!!!!

Called person on the phone told me to come in I walk in nobody says a word sit there for 30 minutes before they talk it slowly cut their other clients three barbers finished not one of them said word to walk off the floor I want reading me while I’m sitting here there will finish he goes outside comes back in how long would I need to see waiting on somebody to come in worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
