Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey are VERY rude and unprofessional. It’s very ghetto. The interior is beautiful and it looks great at first glance until you are sitting in a chair for 12 hours waiting on them to finish your hair. They care more about socializing and the music is WAY too loud and trashy, you have no choice but to listen to it. Everyone is also in your business and not really caring about the service part. They are VERY rude and unprofessional. It’s very ghetto. The interior is beautiful and it looks great at first glance until you are sitting in a chair for 12 hours waiting on them to finish your hair. They care more about socializing and the music is WAY too loud and trashy, you have no choice but to listen to it. Everyone is also in your business and not really caring about the service part. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional. My friend went to get her hair done and was waiting for nearly 3 hours before she was taken. We arrived at 1pm because she was told to be there at 1:30. We didn’t leave until 8pm that night and all my friend was getting done was a wig installment. The shop is a mess, there was food all over the stations, and all the “stylists” looked like they just crawled out of bed. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone at all. She did a horrible job when it came to doing the lace on my friend, who is a darkskin woman. It wasnt worth the $175 she had to pay at all, I could’ve done a better job than what the so called “lace lord” did. If you claim to be good at doing lace then you should know how to accommodate to any skin tone.Very unprofessional.
