My first time at the salon. I had a bad experience at a different salon in Flat Rock, so I was quite nervous. The salon was lovely and staff was quite friendly. I really liked Stephanie and the haircut. I wasn’t sure though about the back length. I spent $65.00 and a good tip. I called the next day and left her a message about product and maybe cutting the back shorter. No call back, called today again and left another message, no call back. I called a 3rd time and spoke with the owner who did apologize, but said they were just busy. I was in customer service for many years and that would not fly. I will not be going back.

The best salon downriver! Every single girl in there is extremely talented and fun to talk to. Dani is an expert on color corrections and has saved me from disaster several times. Brittany knows her blondes and has given me the best prom/wedding hair for all my events. Fabulous fabulous. Brittany is so outstanding with wiggly toddlers. Natalie is my favorite hairstylist. Stephanie is outstanding with men’s haircuts and beard trims. Cindy at the desk should not be forgotten she is efficient and so pleasant. Gina you have a beautiful shop.

So this place looks amazing from the outside, a gorgeous home transformed into a salon. I have been wanting to try it for a long time. It’s closer to home and looks as though it would be perfect. I came to my appointment time and waited 20 minutes. Ok no problem. That happens. I’m just used to walking in where I usually go and getting seated right away. But no big deal. I had a style in mind and I showed her a picture. Half an hour later I had my hair washed, dried, straightened and curled. No scissors ever touched my hair once. I needed it at least trimmed but it looks the same as when I left except for curled and I do not curl my hair. It looked stupid. I will not go here again. I can understand if I really didn’t know what I wanted but I told her a face frame and layers and showed her a picture! None of it happened. She did not listen to her client whatsoever. Skip this place and go somewhere else!
