I went there they do a amazing job on my eyebrows but the lashes are horrible fell off the same day and they wouldn’t fix and I called in she said once I left the store there was nothing they can do wouldn’t get my lashes done here but my eyebrows for sure

I’ve been about four times. The first couple times were fine. The third time the lady messed up my eyebrows and the fourth time a different lady messed them up. I’m not sure what their names are but one has dark longer hair with an earring in her nose. Not going back. Hate walking around with messed up eyebrows.

Normally go here. Have been for 4 months. Today was terrible. The lady was very inexperienced and eyebrow threading. She cut my face with the thread and Jacked my eyebrows up. I was so red when she finished with UNEVEN BROWS.I complained asked for a manager who wasn’t at work. I Contacted the owner who didn’t care, wasn’t apologetic and blamed it on THE FRANCHISE TRAINING. BE CAREFUL LADIES

I asked her to remove extras and she literally spoiled the shape of my eyebrows and made them super thin.. poor poor service .. really disappointed..other lady comes and tells me there is nothing that we can do to fix , we won’t charge u for the service today ..
