Not only would no one answer during the day, when someone finally did and I asked for Holly or Shelby they said they would have them call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK even after I have spoke with multiple people to rely the message. This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever dealt with. I want to start out by saying that I tried to bring my experience, concerns, and feelings to the business owners attention. After a week of being told I’ll receive a call back (with no call back), Shelby being out of the salon, and them just not answering their phone, I’m forced to leave an online review, which I really tried to avoid. I was in this salon on my wedding day and I left very unhappy and very uncomfortable. If you care to read the details, I’ll leave them below.
