It was not good. We were told that our appointment was at 9:00. When we got there we were told that there was a mix up and would have to wait until 12:00. Not wanting to drive back home and around all the detours (26 miles one way) we decided to try and kill 3hrs in Mt. Vernon only to get a call saying it would be 12:30 before we could get in. We got there at 12:25 went in and set down. 1:05 my granddaughter was finally lead to a chair. At one point. I was told she would be done in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later she was finally done. The lady did say I didn’t have to leave a tip. Ha ha ha!
