This place is horrible, they are racist and very rude they also messed up my nails, my real nails hurt so badly and they left nail glue all over my hands. Firstly, i tried to tell the person who did my nails that one of the colors ON ONE NAIL was too light and that i had wanted a darker one. Granted, i had chosen that color, BUT it wasn’t until i saw it on my nail that i realized that it was a light transparent color, with gold glitters. I had originally thought that it was a solid gold glitter color, but instead it was transparent with gold glitters. I did not like it and i expressed the dislike to her, she then got all angry saying “thats what you paid for” at this point, she had only placed the color on one nail and the gel wasn’t even applied yet, it wouldn’t have costed her anything extra in terms of money or time to redo ONE nail. Then after going back and forth with her for a few minutes, she went on to speak in her language with her colleague, obviously talking about me in their language.

I spent 65 dollars for a full set & lashes on Friday it’s currently Tuesday & my lashes are falling out they are actually stuck together when I first got them done I had trouble blinking. Grossly understaffed, excessive wait times, and the owner scolds customers like their little children don’t waste your time or money here. Westgate Nails is worth travelling the extra few miles down the road, they are the best!

Wish I could give it more stars because the workers are kind and all it’s just dead in there and they STILL take long! Like how is that possible! Lol They hardly conversate with customers and the work is not the best. AT ALL. Do not get them brows done here either or u will leave full of regrets. Nice ppl and all but kindness not gonna hook these nails and brows up. ♀️

Let me start off by saying Selena herself is very rude. Very heavy handed and has no since of humor or communication skills. You come In and sit in complete silence the whole time. She makes you feel very uncomfortable. When you walk in there’s no hello or hi or have a seat. They don’t say be with you on a minute or nothing. Shes extremely ruff n fast. It’s bad she charged me 43$ for a fill and a polish change on my toes. Never EVER again!!

Tried this place for first time and would never recommend this place the lady did my nails and rushed the whole time paint job was horrible definitely could of did a better job with my eyes closed.
