Best massage ever!! I haven’t been to a spa this luxurious EVER (well, maybe that one place in Peru- they were EPIC!) The Massage artist hit every spot perfectly. The showers were incredibly strong- hot and rejuvenating— the meditation room was soothing with a fireplace and tea- and I came away SO relaxed and refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the week! In fact I was so destressed I tackled snowshoeing up Cottonwood canyon the next morning!

Way to expensive for the service I received. I took my best friend here for her birthday. I have gone to the Midvale location and absolutely loved it! Everything about it. Not so much at Bountiful. Everyone was really nice when we walked in. But, woman that did my best friend’s pedi was so sweet. The one that did mine, was ok. She just really seemed like she had places to be and I felt very rushed. That’s not how I want to feel or should feel, going into a place like that. But, then when I was paying, they tried to charge me $30+ extra for removing gel nails. Wait, I didn’t have gel on at all. I let the woman at the front know that and she took it off. But then, after having a pedi, my nail polish was flaking off and my feet are more dry than they were before I went in. I paid a total of $150+, and it was NOT worth it at all. I will NEVER go back to this place and if ever asked how it is, I will let them know it’s not worth the dime at all. If they’re going to charge that much money, they need to use that money to do a little more training witht heir staff or something. Not a pleasant, relaxing experience like I’d hoped it would be. It was a bummer, really.

Saw the reviews and decided to try them out get a much needed facial. I walk in and they ask if I’m okay to wait in their meditation room for 10-15 minutes because the person before me came late. I said that’s fine. I wait in there for about 40 minutes before the girl doing my appointment came and got me. Said the front desk girls told her I hadn’t checked in so she was just waiting for me to get there. Even though I had spoken with them before I walked in.
