I went in here for a hair color today and hair cut last week. My hair cut experience was pleasant, however, I was not satisfied with the balayage. I had showed the picture to the stylist of what I wanted but the color they used does not show much of a difference on my hair, so my hair basically looks like I did a few highlights here and there instead of a balayage, after paying a good $185 bucks (tip separate). Definitely could have gone better. 🙁

Easy to access location! Kristy is the bomb and is always amazing and consistent in her work. Be sure to book with her ahead of time! Calling for an appointment can be difficult, as the call is not always quickly answered or requires multiple call backs. Pricing that I’ve encountered is decent and the text to confirm appointment is easy to use.

Never ever again I will go to this place! So disappointed! They don’t care about customer’s preferences! Came for hair cut and style. At the end of blow dry asked “stylist” who’s name is Darleen to tease my hair at the crown for some volume(because after her styling hair just looked flat)…for what she replied to me that she doesn’t tease hair because she doesn’t know how. What really killed me that she said she is not from generation when they would tease hair…My jaw dropped to the floor…what kind of professional she is??? She didn’t even try to make me happy with the hair. I honestly think they have a very poor management. When I was leaving I told everything to the owner at front desk…she just listened…nothing was done! It costed me $55.00 for OK hair cut and awful style.Plus tip. The bottom line is I came to this “salon” if you can call it that name because my stylist was busy that day. Never ever again I would go to anybody else and especially this place! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY FRIENDS OR EVEN ENEMIES! Terrible !

Have been coming here for years. Great salon and great stylists. My stylist is Manuela and she is terrific. I have used the other stylists when Manuela was on vacation and always happy. Everyone is friendly!

I do not recommend this place! I went in to get a straight pirm and it didn’t even last two weeks. My hair is now a frizz bomb. Paid 400$ plus a 30$ tip for nothing. I went back thinking they would accommidate me with redoing my hair with no charge. But alls they gave me was BULLSHIT excuses, telling me my hair was fine and soft. Needless to say, I will certainly NOT be going back to this place. And I HIGHLY do not recommend this place to anyone.
