This salon is one of the cleanest and most friendly I’ve been to in Columbus. I have someone who does my acrylic as my nails are difficult to work with. Most salons/techs can’t let them to stay on longer than a week. I know this so I stick with the same tech. A family member recommended this place for pedicures because the prices can’t be beat! I love getting pedicures here the chairs are great and the service is phenomenal!! A lot of reviews complain about the nail quality, maybe they need to try a different type of salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years. I’ve been to dozens of salons. This salon is one of the cleanest and most friendly I’ve been to in Columbus. I have someone who does my acrylic as my nails are difficult to work with. Most salons/techs can’t let them to stay on longer than a week. I know this so I stick with the same tech. The manager completed a full set of acrylic nails. Not only was I overcharged but there are many things that occurred that I have never experienced at another salon. While completing services the manager was on her personal device texting, carrying on conversation with other employees and stopping my service many times to accommodate business phone calls. Upon completing service, she was agitated when I questioned prices and belligerent that I did not leave a gratuity. I left the salon very dissatisfied. What irks me more is that within 48 hours my nails started to pop off. I called the salon spoke to the manager once again and said this is confusing that your poor, over priced service was the cause to my nails coming off. Furthermore, I had explained that I have no time working multiple jobs, a child and no transportation. I requested a refund which was vehemently denied. I persisted saying that I have no way by end of business week to schedule and make an appointment for something I can’t be be sure of. I even stated that she had agreed that during service the acrylic she was applying was “gooey”.. she contributed to banter with me: I then responded that I would take the matter to the Better Business Bureau and report this lack of professionalism. To which she replies in a cocky attitude she could care less and even had her assistant answer in the same way a second time I called.

I will start by saying both times I was there the technicians did a great job. I was very pleased when I left. Unfortunately I tried both gel and dip there and neither held up at all. Within a week the gel was chipping off several of my nails. The dip only lasted 8 days and started breaking off. I have never had these problems with other salons and won’t be back.

I visited for the first time today, a had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Kim did wonderful, took her time and was very thorough. The establishment was updated and clean, the massage chair was extremely comfortable, and the entire staff was very friendly and efficient. I’m definitely going to become a regular!
